    Sorry for the delay, unfortunately your report cannot be processed because phishing with links is something SR does not investigate due to policy. Most of phishing accounts are stolen so it's best to report them to Valve directly.

    With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
