    UPDATE: PAYPAL HAS CLOSED THE DISPUTE IN MY FAVOUR! Which basically means he was able to scam me -0€ but stil gets a free steamrep scammer tag. Anyways would be cool if an admin can review this so this case gets solved on steamrep as well.

    UPDATE: Steam support responded me, saying they will investigate this case. Also they will provide "reasonable accommodation", so i think he will get a tradeban as well ^^ Happy now russian?
