    Report Type: [Item Fraud] Misrepresenting virtual items
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198057485445

    Victim profile: 76561198333776839

    What happened? Description:
    This individual randomly added me, and attempted a typical Bitskins scam. They offered to trade a Karambit Autotronic FT for my M9 Tiger Tooth FN + adds but did not have it in their inventory, saying that they would buy it for me through Bitskins and then the Bitskins bot would send a trade to me after I sent a trade to them with my items. Upon further questioning regarding the legitimacy of their statement "and you will be accepting it first cause I cant accept any offer once you did not accepted the Karambit I bought for you" this individual stated that they were a "Premium User" on Bitskins and thus was more knowledgeable on this matter, providing a screenshot of this (see Proof 4 photo) - a rudimentary attempt at deceiving me and something that I was able to easily replicate using inspect element. Had I not been well-informed about this type of scam, I, and those who are unaware of this scam, may have proceeded with the trade, and may have been scammed.​

    Thanks - issue is I can't confirm you were ever friends with this exact user by SteamID - all I see is a chat box with a name and profile image. Need to verify this and you can do that with a screenshot of your friend/user activity thru a web browser - when you take this and it shows you adding the user hover your mouse pointer over the users name so it shows the popup of the profile. Make sure you open this in a web browser before doing anything rather than steam client. Take the screenshot and make sure it's Full Screen and make sure steam client URL is enabled, not edited or cropped in any way! Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!
