For everyone who is a victim of this guy's recent chargeback scams, PLEASE respond to the claim. Our chances will only get better if Paypal sees more responses to the scammer's accusations.

Everyone should include all evidence that they've got: conversations with the scammer, inventory history, etc. Screenshot his SteamRep profile. Make sure all dates and times are included, and include pointers in the screenshots to guide the Paypal support team (DO NOT OVERDO IT).

If he included a note (example below), remind Paypal that it is a non-refundable transaction after the items have been sent.

EXAMPLE NOTE (this was his note for my trades): "Sending $200 USD for your 100 keys. I will not cancel, or refund this, as this payment is non-refundable. My profile is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198058589955"

ALSO, ask that Paypal support searches his Paypal transaction history and operations via IP addresses. I believe this is the best strategy that we've got, because all claims were filed under "unauthorized transaction", or a transaction that occurred without the Paypal account holder's permission. I also believe this is the best strategy we've got, because my friend and fellow trader also experienced a chargeback attempt, but included this, and actually won the settlement.

Best of luck to you all out there.
