What happened? Description:

We are in real life friends. I have already sent a ticket to steam for this problem as well.
It starts on January 10th, when he said he wanted to get the game Counter Strike: Global Offense. He offered me 4 keys for it, but said he doesn't have them at the moment. Of course, I gave it to him early because we are good friends in real life. However, it has been a month since he said he will give me the keys and he comes up with excuses why he couldn't buy the keys. I don't have a chat of the original agreement, but I do have one with him knowing of this agreement.
- I even said at the 15th of every month, you will pay 1 extra key.​

In the highlighter area, it says he knows about the 4 key deal. He claims I remind him everyday because he won't get them for me, so of course I would ask for them. (Takes place on Feb 9, 2014)
