What happened? Description:

Added me interested in trading knife-for-knife. Knew I was an inexperienced better due to lounge account and profile, tried to tell me the trade hold system worked differently. Said he submitted a counter offer when he didn't:

Looking at your report, you also have to upload all evidence to SteamRep and not 3rd party websites.

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accused profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
