Yes, I am also aware that this method is rather common in lounge. I have a great example report you can refer to when filing related reports.
Aside from uploading the screenshot of the specific lounge trade. If no trades were conducted, you can upload an un-cropped and unedited screenshot of that person's steam inventory indicating that the item is in different condition.
