    Accused profile: 76561198068738050

    Victim profile: 76561198202793945

    What happened? Description:
I was buying keys and I messaged this key and he told me we has selling keys for $2 each. I said okay I will buy 6, do you mind going 2 at a time? He then said no the minimum is 5 so I said fine ill just buy 6 at once. I ask him for his paypal and it takes him a few minutes to send it then I pay him the $12 on paypal for 6 keys and I tell him the payment was sent. I'm then sitting there for 5 minutes and he hasn't offered so I asked him if he was there. He then said yea give me a few because I'm doing a trade of 126 keys with someone else right now. I wait for 10 minutes then he goes offline and blocks me...

    Provide Evidence:
Sadly I couldn't go back to the trade because I am blocked. If it's possible can someone please tell me how. Pictures: 2 = paypal / 3 = their steam / tradeoffers 1(most recent) = Most recent picture of 1/3 trade offer pictures / Tradeoffers 2 = middle picture / tradeoffers 3 (last) = last trade offer picture after the date we talked about making the trade.

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accused profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
