What happened? Description:

I was scammed on 25/12/2015 by tEpAck, i was going to trade some cs go skins + gift vs his cs go skin (awp man-o'-war) so he requested me to send the gift first, ofcourse because it was untradable yet, so i did, and eventually he unfriended and got scammed.​

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accuseds profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
