What happened? Description:

I cannot say beyond a reasonable doubt that he is a scammer, but I have reasons to believe that it is extremely risky to trade with him in any monetary trades.

Look out for this user (who owns two accounts, he logged into both to chat with me):

He goes by the name 'f✿✿✿ virtual skins' and 'BillBud *OpenBills' at the time he messaged me for the trade. He offered to buy my Butterfly Fade FN, and we consented to a price at approximately 550USD. He asked for my Paypal email and immediately proceeded to discuss why I ought to go first in the trade.

As I said, he was very insistent with me going first, based on the amount of reps he has on his 'main account'. I said reps meant nothing to me, so I started checking his steamrep status, and found reports of scams.

I continued to bait him and recorded the conversations.​

As you can see, he has 2 reports on this account. In his other account, there are also 2 reports of scamming.

As I was typing this report, he became rather impatient and further inquired me, repeatedly:

It is apparent that I cannot gather evidence of him doing the scam (because I'm not trading with him anyway, but from the dialogues I believe that the evidence of attempted scamming is rather compelling.​

I agree that this looks fishy. But there is just not enough evidence to point the finger and say this person is a scammer.
