    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198073155958

    Victim profile: 76561198077587205

    What happened? Description:
    The scam went as follows
    1. bill lipschutz https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199180904849 adds me and requests to trade
    2. he then suggests we use a middleman and links https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalCsgoTrade/
    3. i add the middlemen, only one responds and its https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198073155958
    4. we make a deal, i trade my items to https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198073155958
    5. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199180904849 then tries to extort me into paying him more using a paypal limit scam
    6. this is where i found out the scam and am making the report

    i have many screenshots of conversations uploaded​

    You reported the wrong user - you always report the FIRST user involved then reference others.
    You also need FULL screenshots of the chat. Also if there is an agreement you need to include that - I do not see that in any of these chat logs...agreement must include exact item(s) and payment amount/method and if for example paypal it must show how the user was to pay you with a username/address to send to. I see nothing of this in the current logs presented here.

    If you have those screenshots as in full screen you can resubmit against the FIRST user you were talking to not a 3rd party and just reference them in the description.
    As of now this user wasn't found guilty of any wrong doing per policy.
