What happened? Description:

He wanted to buy my Gut Knife | Tiger Tooth (Factory New) off me for paypal money. We settled on $95 USD. I've never and will never again trade via paypal. Either way he wanted me to go first.

A comment on his profile claimed to have traded with him via paypal (going first) and it was all fine. This user has a level 100 profile and a lot of reputable comments. I figured I'd talk to him. He assured me that it was all good. His profile: http://steamcommunity.com/id/Split235

I sent the trade offer and he promised the money. Checking my paypal account balance throughout the hours, nothing. His friend Split, messaged me desperately wanting my other knife, claiming it had insane float, and he would paypal it also.

It wasn't until I saw these two were in the same competitive game, hence they were obviously working together. I have been unfriended and blocked by both of them.​

Unfortunately I was unfriended and the chat history gone with it but hopefully that is sufficient evidence.​
