What happened? Description:

Been selling collector's cache sets for paypal for some time now and I had an order from this customer:

for a warlock dread compact set which I assigned to another seller. The one accused

since I no longer have personal stock of the set.

We had an agreement for $55 or 25 tf2 keys for the set and that I would pay through binance if I'll pay with real money (usdt). The agreement went smooth and they went ahead and added the buyer to start the 30 days gifting cooldown. (see screenshot below).

Just today 1-15-2024 after getting back from long vacation, I got surprised when I received a huge chargeback on Paypal for this particular order. I immediately contacted the customer to asked why they filed a chargeback and found out that this other seller TMAC

whom we've had a deal with and was supposed to deliver the warlock set bad mouthed us with the buyer and told them that we are scammers (probably so they could hijack the deal for themselves and make more money than from our initial deal). We didn't even get the chance to talk to them and make payment to complete the deal. They just went on and removed us off their list and bad mouthed us which resulted to our buyer filing a chargeback and losing trust.

and a screenshot of our buyer saying that TMAC told them we are scammers.

How are we going to scam the buyer when they could easily file a chargeback on paypal and when we are going to pay TMAC via crypto on binance or via TF2 keys.

I lost so much because of their action hence I am reporting this as fraudulent.

It's a shame that sellers alike would bad mouth competitors who trusted them with a deal just so they can hijack it for themselves and make more money than the initial deal they were offered.​

CHATLOG WITH CUSTOMER SHOWING PROOF THAT TMAC BAD MOUTHED US EVEN BEFORE WE COULD CLOSE OUT THE PAYMENT WITH THEM AND EVEN IF THEY KNEW WE ARE GOING TO PAY THEM FIRST. HOW CAN WE SCAM THEM IF WE ARE PAYING FIRST AND VIA CRYPTO?
