What happened? Description:

I send the payment to him and after that he doesn't want to give my keys
please help me. i saved all my money just to buy keys. i trusted him because im so desperate to buy keys​

he unfriend me and he doesn't give the keys. he said im scammer

some players report you are scammer. its normal to a buyer to be scared because after you receive the payment you said you didn't receive the money.

then why did u unfriend me ? if u are not scammer? and why did u said that u didn't receive my money?

because you said didn't receive my payment. i make a dispute on paypal so u can't take my money.

So you cancelled the paypal payment just because paypal was slow and the accused told you to wait while the money will come to his account?
And now the accused doesn't want to give you the keys just because you cancelled the payment for them? I'd say he has a full right to do so, since he didn't receive the money in the first place.

i cancelled it because he said he didnt recieve my payment..look at the chat log carefully.

So first you cancelled the payment he waited for, reported him for not giving you the keys you didn't pay for, and then you still send him the money after your trade failed without any confirmation from his address that he still wants to sell you those keys(and it's been like a day after that already).
And what if he comes here, saying something like:

I contacted with the accused, he said he already "returned"(sorry, I don't know much about PayPal system) the money the victim sent him in screenshot in

-post. He also told me that he waits for the victim to come online to retrade and he will soon post screenshot of his Paypal activity to prove he didn't get the money.

@Salazar Please update me on the payment. Did he or did he not send you monies through Paypal.
