What happened? Description:

This person added me and said that they wanted to buy one of my unusuals, but didn't specify which one. He said he had little money or items to trade with. He hadn't made an offer yet, but I knew something was suspicious was going on. I asked him why his inventory was set to private. He told me he got scammed, so he keeps his inventory on private. I asked again, so I could see his items. He insisted that his inventory stay on private. He told me to click the "My Stuff" link in his bio. He claimed the "My Stuff" link linked to his inventory, and that I should view it that way. Instead of clicking it, I copied the URL. I pasted in in Microsoft edge, instead of the Steam browser. It linked to someone else's steam account. The steamID64 in the link is different than his steamID64. He went to great lengths to make his account as identical as possible. His steam level is 24, but the person being impersonated is 23. He has a fake comment on his profile, to make it look just like the comment on the account being impersonated. This fake comment is from another impersonating alt account. Again, It's a separate account due to different steamID64s. I haven't lost any items, but this person is an impersonator. He never got the chance to scam me by taking me to a fake website, or whatever scamming method he was planning on using. I still suspect him of being a scammer, because why else would someone impersonate another user and want to buy unusuals?

TL;DR
This guy randomly added me, wanted to buy fancy hats, he's an impersonator, he was almost certainly trying to scam me, it didn't work.

Also, I placed the person being impersonated as the victim instead of myself. I wasn't sure if I was the victim, or if he/she is. Here's my info:
