    What happened? Description:
    A guy added me telling me that to pick Black or Red and he is going to put 600$ and apparently he won. So I asked him saying how much do I get and he said "400$". Then I asked him for the website so he gave me the website. (https://quartz-coin.com) and the promo code so I can get the 400$ so I signed in and used the code. And I got the 400$. So when I went to withdraw page and picked the item is said I can withdraw because I have to deposit 8$. And because my inv is 5$ because I dont like to spend my money on skins I couldnt. So when I told him, he told me "The minimal is 6$ though". So I refreshed the page and went to try and withdraw again it told me I have to withdraw 6$. So he tells me to give me his 400$ back. And I dont so I can show this report some proof.​

    Thanks - issue is I can't confirm you were ever friends with this exact user by SteamID - all I see is a chat box with a name and profile image. Need to verify this and you can do that with a screenshot of your friend/user activity thru a web browser - when you take this and it shows you adding the user hover your mouse pointer over the users name so it shows the popup of the profile. Make sure you open this in a web browser before doing anything rather than steam client. Take the screenshot and make sure it's Full Screen and make sure steam client URL is enabled, not edited or cropped in any way! Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

    Also please do not copy/paste chat text in the description field - that isn't what its for nor can we accept it that way.
