    Victim profile: 76561198034546392

    What happened? Description:
    I send him the items and he didn't send paypal money
    I saw him on dota 2 lounge he have many reps on D2L
    Refused a middleman for less than 200 keys
    told me to use steam offer and refused to do normal trade or he make the offer​

    Provide Evidence:
    For the chat my computer crashed and when i restarted he had blocked me​
