    What happened? Description:
    I wanted a Cities: Skylines Deluxe and after post in Steamtrades requesting other guy prize this guy added me and offer to sell it for 8 keys, so i offered that i can buy with steam wallet. He posted a Dota 2 item, i buy it and after he said that will send, but he removed me and nothing received.​

    Provide Evidence:
    This is the item i buy him. Don't have chat capture because im ✿✿✿✿✿✿ and don't take it before close my steam client to change account and add him with another account that i have.​
