    What happened? Description:
    Attempted to paypal scam me by offering trade and then saying he would pay me paypal after. Didn't even ask me my email.​

    I'm afraid this is lacking - you didn't give the user a chance to ask for the email just accused them of scamming.
    Marking as invalid due to lack of evidence showing a clear attempt to scam.
