What happened? Description:

Way back in 2016 before I knew of this site I traded with this dude who I think i met on csgo lounge. He had a lone karambit fade on his account and offered to trade it for a autographed mark of the sol guard. I was not a dota 2 player but I looked on the market and saw that this item was similar in price to the karambit however there was only one on the market (glimmer drop scam).

I messaged the dude with the dota item and I ended up trading a butterfly blue steel and three katowice 2014 paper stickers for the sol guard. After the trade was complete I went to trade the item with the dude i met on csgo lounge. I messaged him for the trade and he blocked me. Turns out the sol guard that I bought is virtually worthless. Check the market, I still have mine up for sale as a awful reminder to myself.

After doing some research I found that this scam is known as a glimmer drop and I just want this dude banned on all accounts he owns (I think he had the karambit on a alt and the account I am reporting is his main).

I know this was a very long time ago but steam did nothing and I literally found out today about how steam rep works. Idk if its possible but I would love to upload the chat logs as well, if anyone has any ideas on how to retrieve those (doubt its possible).​
