    What happened? Description:
    He tried to scam me by sending an offer saying "and you get steam gifcard 200$"
    He has a 10$ Inventory, and my friend sitting next to me told me that the same person tried to scam him the same way, but blocked my friend after he asked where he bought the Gift-Card.​

    Anyway, my items are worth more than 200$ - the vulcan float is 0.00416 (round about 120$)

    Not enough evidence of a scam here - possible the user was trying to suggest that was up for trade. Some users seem to like to communicate back and forth thru trade offers.
    Your chat screenshot isn't completely in english and cropped/out of context so we can't accept that either plus the other is missing the steam client URL enabled and is cropped.. Decline offer and move on.
