What happened? Description:

Almost a month ago, Chronic added me asking if I wanted to have any graphics artwork done. I said I would like to have a new group logo. From there we discussed a price and settled at $7.50 paid through PayPal. I accepted the offer and sent money. All I have gotten from then is "I'll do it later," when he told me I would have my order well before the new year. Now, on the third week of 2018 and a week after the last message he sent, I am completely convinced that Chronic has scammed me. Attached are chat logs that explicitly show he 1) received my payment, 2) has not given me any product at all, and 3) has failed to contact me since the 14th. I contacted Chronic on Jan 17 again giving him a formal warning saying I need the artwork by tomorrow (2 hours from now), and given that he is offline at the moment, there is an extremely slim chance of him actually completing the task.

Some things to note: some of the chats were really old so I had to take screenshots form mobile. I also blacked out some sensitive information from the PayPal receipt. Also I can't access the page of the 3 required things needed for screenshots so I included what I thought was necessary.​

Provide Evidence:

The chat logs I have uploaded show the details of the transaction, as well as the PayPal transaction taken from my invoice. I have also included my warning (and his lack of a response). I have no record of this, but Chronic also unadded me halfway through the sale, and I had to convince enough of his friends to bug him to readd me. From there, Chronic promised to finish but still has made negligible progress toward the end product.​
