    Open your Steam profile page. At the top left of that page click on Steam then click settings. Refer to this picture and make sure that box is checked. Then have your friend restart Steam and go to that persons profile page again. You sould have a task bar at the top of your Steam page now. Copy that url of the person and paste it here. I need that Steam id.
