    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198116775015

    Victim profile: 76561198196755859

    What happened? Description:
    Said he would pay but instead sent an invoice. Then kept saying he paid even thought he didnt then he blocked me.​

    Provide Evidence:
    He said he would send the money for the knife then i would send the item. He said he sent it so i checked my email and he sent a invoice. He thought i would pay him 71 euros. Then i told him it was an invoice. He kept saying that he sent the money. I told him he had tried to scam me and i would fill out a report on steamrep so everybody else knew. He then blocked me.​

    Well that's it however I don't see the invoice sent to you in that shot..its also edited as in I can't see the bottom of the screen.

    He canceled the invoice as soon as i told him so it doesn't appear, but i have the email from paypal and ill retake that screenshot in a second.
