    What happened? Description:
    He added me to buy my knife with paypal. He wouldn't go first because he has more rep. When i watched his rep it was obvious boosted because he had no items and the commends where all the same. I removed him before but i want him to get banned so i added him again

    I found out he is in a group called +rep collecters. This group wants people to +rep each other for nothing. These fake vouches pretends he is a good and trusted trader but actually he isn't​

    Provide Evidence:
    Check his steam groups. He said he wouldn't go first because of the rep. And aswell he said he traded with famous people. Because all of this it's to sketchy with his fake rep vouches to trade with him.

    Check files for more evidence about him being in this group and telling me he has more rep​
