    What happened? Description:
    that guy sent me an offer with worthless stickers to scam my cases. so i sent back an offer with his expensive items to make his feel bad. then he sent me an offer with a message "ok you are reported :)" and called me "scammer" with insults. (that moment i started talk to him is the first conversation)​

    No scam here - you can't just report someone cause you don't like their offer. SR doesn't get involved with pricing/value disputes anyway.
    Decline their offer and move on if you don't like it.
    Aside from that don't submit reports here without proper evidence as what you provided is also unacceptable and not full screen as required.
