What happened? Description:

Reported user has created 2 giveaways of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on Steamgifts.com, with additional rule of having to +rep him in order to join the giveaway. This is not only illegal against the rules of Steamgifts.com (and has been reported there accordingly), but also implies that the whole user's reputation is fake, as he's simply forcing people to +rep him, without actually trading with other users.

Provide Evidence:

I upload the screenshots of the giveaways with the said abusive requirement in their descriptions as well as screenshot of the profile of the abuser, which clearly shows that people have fallen for the scam and are +reping him without actually completing any trades. You can also check them (for now) under the links I've posted in the 'What happened' section.​

Unfortunately, SteamGifts doesn't have any kind of profile pages so the only way to contact someone is through comments under one's giveaway or directly through Steam. That said, I'll edit my comment to the giveaway, which can be seen on one of the screenshots of the giveaway.
