    What happened? Description:
    Obviously new to unusual trading. I start negotiating to buy his item and when his offer doesn't work he spouts a lie about getting a trade offer for 13 keys while we talked. I have my doubts and he says he'd accept that if I don't offer higher. If he doesn't provide a screenshot of this "offer" I doubt he is telling the truth at all.​

    Then, I didn't just wanna let you go disappointed so I just told you.
    I couldn't provide any evidence because at the time, I didn't know how to screenshot. ^.^

    No scam/scam attempt here. All I see is a a discussion about the trade and pricing. Besides that, SteamRep doesn't investigate pricing/value disputes either.
