I had to really fix this report - I need to know how you got the bot info.. you didn't show any screenshots for that.
If you got a trade offer - open up the offers in a web browser, FULL screenshot of you hovering your mouse pointer over users name so it shows up their steam URL at the bottom.
Also in the future make sure you provide FULL screenshots at all times and it would be handy to have a full one of users profiles WHILE friends.

In the image I attached in my first post of this report, you can see HE linked it himself.

It had a knife at the time, and some other valuable skins at the time and he wanted to quicksell to me it at a very low price.

Okay so as I said when I opened the report, he added me and I thought he wanted to scam me because of his profile, and him impersonating etc.
Now he said he will tell me when he has something to sell for keys (afew days later, he apperenatly had a knife that he probably scammed)
He wanted to sell me it for keys (1:1 trade, no verify item or anything) and he linked me his fake opskins bot that he used to scam.
