What happened? Description:

Added me and offered me well above steam market price for 3 CSGO Virtual items. Offered to go first but instead of sending money, sent me a bill (probably forgot to mark it as paid, see this for more info http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/scam-reports-paypal-invoices.60852/ ) in lieu of the payment. All screenshots below including the initial trade agreement, my trade history, the bill, my paypal history and his steamid64 / steam page. Here is the info from his paypal:​
