    What happened? Description:
    He added me and wanted to buy my unusuals for paypal. He said he's going first unless my paypal is unverified. My paypal was unverified.

    After much bartering I gave in and set everything up. My computer was lagging and I didn't want to lose any evidence, (my screenshot tool wouldn't start up.) so I restarted. When I completed the trade he said he'll send it and he didn't, eventually unfriending me.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Much of the initial chat was lost, but it was just banter about who is going first.
    You don't need to read this because as soon as I came online I restated everything.

    At this point I traded with him but did not complete the trade, I then restarted.
    I then started going over the trade. I was going first and selling my unusual for $50 via paypal. He said, after the trade he will send me $50 to my paypal account.

    He had also worked out a deal to later on buy keys and a different hat. This is obviously no longer valid. I tell him to add a note in order to prevent chargebacks.

    I then trade him.

    He then confirms my email, I confirm it with him.

    The rip $300 comment is because I felt he wouldn't scam me if going first because when I was using third-party tools I found out that his profile was worth $600 in games, $132 after sales.
