Report Type: [Other] Any other fraudulent behavior
Virtual item type involved: [Other] Other game items

    Accused profile: 76561198138783151

    What happened? Description:
We completed this trade on Barter: https://barter.vg/u/7ed9/o/4716744/

Only the day after I went back and checked our Steam Curator group and he claimed every single game he could. He claimed 89 games excluding ARMOURED HEAD. The list of games can be found here: https://pastebin.com/W2mDip4X

The proof he owns these games is here:

Proof that we owned these games can be shown via Discord logs: https://i.imgur.com/GLwYGeI.png

Happy to provide as many as are necessary

The tradeable list on Barter also shows what we were supposed to have:

I understand that game trades are not necessarily meant to be reported on Steamrep. However, the fact that you can see the games line up in his Steam library, and if you sort by 'added' on Barter, that they line up by the date, that therefore there is tangible proof he stole the games without permission.

    Provide Evidence:

Proof of the broken agreement or scam attempt: Can be seen in photos above. I am happy to provide additional screenshots of any kind on request.

    What happened? Description:
Hello. I made a previous report here:
    https://forums.steamrep.com/threads...51-other-other-game-items.198259/#post-540486

I apologise if it seems I am resurrecting the report, but I had no way to reply on the previous report. I now have new indisputable evidence that psousa stole the games that I claimed he did. I was not aware as I never looked too closely but there is a tab in the Curator Connect menus that shows you who claimed what games.

Here are full screenshots of the full history of accepted games + the full quantity of what games psousa claimed:

I am happy to give a moderator access to verify this information for themselves.

I will now paste the previous information I provided with some updates:

We completed this trade on Barter: https://barter.vg/u/7ed9/o/4716744/

Only the day after I went back and checked our Steam Curator group and he claimed every single game he could. He claimed 80+ games excluding ARMOURED HEAD. The list of games can be found here: https://pastebin.com/W2mDip4X

The proof he owns these games is here:
    https://barter.vg/u/879/l/x/?filter=0,6,0
    https://steamcommunity.com/id/SousaP/games/?tab=all

EDIT: He has now attempted to hide the fact he stole these games by removing them from his library, but they can still be seen on barter via his revoked games tab (https://barter.vg/u/879/v/) https://imgur.com/a/aYTOh2G

And here you can see our curator admin page, with all the games and who has claimed them https://imgur.com/a/nLNA5m6

I now believe that with the proof from the 'accepted games' tab in the Curator page it is indisputable that psousa stole the games.

He has now even claimed that he did do it but is trying to play it off as an accident. However, you cannot accept 80+ games by accident if you understand the claiming process. Pleaee have a look at how the system works: https://i.imgur.com/xzF7KuS.png
There is an accept button for each individual game available. You simply cannot accidentally press 'accept' 80+ times without malicious intent.

I believe this report is valid (according to: https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/steamrep-investigative-policy.140101/) for the following reasons:

    - "Outside of STEAM trades ie: STEAM items vs other Game Economy items/currency scams" : the Curator Connect system exists within the Steam economy and client

    - "CD Key, Steam Code, Game Code, Pin Code and all other key/code Reports": there is no dispute involved regarding any codes. I am not disputing the game he sent me either. The report is simply regarding the fact that he stole the games. The main reason key/code reports are not valid is because they cannot be verified. However, through this method, it can be directly traced back to psousa without a shadow of a doubt. Even psousa has not denied that he claimed these games in the end.

Psousa has tried to get away with stealing 80+ games, a massive/significant number, without any written agreement anywhere, within the Steam environment/system. I believe this makes this report valid and I would like this report to be considered seriously as it shows that he cannot be trusted and he acted with malicious intent.

You still failed to show what was being traded for the games, showing proof the user had each game by name/exactly for anything for a formal agreement.
The report is technically DECLINED because it lacked a formal agreement - the invalid reason may have been just that however without the formal agreement noted which you again failed to produce for everything exactly laid out for exactly what was traded we can't review this.
I'm Declining the FINAL time and merging with the other report - please don't resubmit.
You can report them to Valve instead.
