What happened? Description:

The user in question posted an ad on the steam forums, so i sent in an offer because i was interested in one of his items, however when i went to confirm in the app, there was an error, i refreshed the confirmations list and it was there, i went to click confirm, however i noticed he had pulled a sneaky and sent a counter offer instantly with only my items in the trade. It was done instantly as i sent the offer so i assume it is a bot of some sort.

I'm not sure if i have enough evidence for anything to be done here, but thought i'd post anyway.​
