What happened? Description:

Another guy (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198311338634/) added me saying he accidentally reported me and I had a pending ban, and I needed to add EYE3 (accused) to sort it out. I am reporting this other guy separately.

He said he was a steam admin and my account had a pending ban. He linked me this GIF 'proving' he could ban me https://gyazo.com/ece4b59d624331c7c8586c4a4dc79733. He then asked for my trade offer link, at this point I stopped the conversation because I didn't know if he could use my trade offer link to scam me or not.

He didn't have anything expensive in his inventory and a very low steam level (so its not a big deal to them if they get banned), and has comments off due to 'spam', but im assuming its actually cause many people commented hes a scammer.​
