    What happened? Description:
    Guy sends a friend request via Steam, I don't know him. Red flags go off, but maybe I've played with him before. Unsure, I go into it and see he wants to trade. I'll let the chat log speak for itself. My accusation is that he was attempting to use the TradeURL scam, and also went for a middleman scam. Maybe I was being overly cautious, but I found it suspicious that he would turn tail and run when I call him on his scam.​

    Provide Evidence:
    See the screenshot. The full chat log is there, as it's short and to the point. We never got to the trading part, but I found him very suspicious.​

    JC | Farmskins.com: Since trades are done peer to peer unless it's via a website like Steamgifts or Farmskins... If you have your knife, you can just send me a trade request.

    JC | Farmskins.com: I have many trusted friends online that I trade with on a regular basis. I'm in Discord with all of them now.
    SK-SpoonKiller: Because i want to check your items if will be appear on other inventory cause some items wont appear on inventory after trading because of steam update i want to make sure first before i send you an offer

    Thanks - issue is I can't confirm you were ever friends with this exact user by SteamID - all I see is a chat box with a name and profile image. Need to verify this and you can do that with a screenshot of your friend/user activity thru a web browser - when you take this and it shows you adding the user hover your mouse pointer over the users name so it shows the popup of the profile. Make sure you open this in a web browser before doing anything rather than steam client. Take the screenshot and make sure it's Full Screen and make sure steam client URL is enabled, not edited or cropped in any way! Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

    How can I see my friend/user activity? I've searched for 30 minutes and haven't seen it. I would like to get this in hand as soon as possible.

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
