    What happened? Description:
    Предложил обмен(offer) из 28 карт заранее обозначив чтобы доложил своих карты до равного колличества 28 к 8,после чего он принял обмен и отказался докладывать,я предложил возвратный обмен на что он прислал мне оффер где за мои же карты он из моего инвентаря еще доложил еще 10 карт аргументировав что он должен быть в любом случае в плюсе,собственно вот такой конфуз случился,хотя он у меня около года был в друзьях в стиме и я даже не думал что будет обман из за этих копеек,дело не в картах а в его поступке чтобы обезопасить других людей,​

    This user is already tagged/banned here and has been for almost a year now -you need to check out users better before you talk to them.
    Either way I'm invalidating this report as it its not in English as required.
    No need to resubmit - again they are already banned/tagged here and nothing more we can really do to them!
