What happened? Description:

Tried to buy several items through dotagiftx https://dotagiftx.com/profiles/76561198152660632 contacted them via steam and they had additional items they hadn't listed in dotagiftx. after we agreed to the items and price I sent them a steam giftcard for the agreed amount. They claimed not to have received the card leading me to open a ticket with steam. After steam support came back and said they had received and redeemed the giftcard they claimed their brother cashed it and bought items. 30 days have passed and I went to message them about transmitting the items and they have blocked me.

all communication was via steam but I do not have screenshots as the chats took place in November. I did copy a transcript of the chat to a text file and I do have the ticket I opened with Valve.​
