    What happened? Description:
    This guy added me for quite some time. One day he messaged me in steam asking if im trading my items for cash. It was my first trade so i was really not sure how it works. So after a few discussion, he asked me to trade the items to him while he prepared for the paypal payment. He told me the payment was on hold (7 - 21 days). Just to be sure, i did emailed paypal asking if i should receive a notification if a payment was on hold. Paypal said yes. Any changes to your account, be it you sending money, receiving money, payment on hold, everything you will receive a notification. Which i don't. Of course i realised it was a scam. But i tried to see if there is a way. i tried messaging him and he said need to wait for 7 days as there is item cooldowns etc etc. But then after all these days of waiting, he blocked me and i was not able to contact him again.​

    Sorry you provided no acceptable evidence of any scam here, no chat/agreement noted thru steam chat screenshots as required.
    The other screenshots are either to cropped/no date on them or you edited them making them unacceptable. The ones you had dates with just showed conversation no complete formal agreement noted. This is why mobile screenshots are hard to review for starters and PC's are better.
