What happened? Description:

Agreed to sell him 200 keys in 2x100k batches. I sent the first 100k and he claims to have made payment, but nothing arrived. He told me he has sold the keys and converted into bitcoin.

He sent me a paypal screenshot, but it's either photoshopped or inspect element edited as the format/layout isn't the same as normal payments should look.

I've bought from him in the past and had no problem, hence my trust in him. Looking at his cashrep 95% of them are him buying, not selling.
