What happened? Description:

To begin, the user friended me on steam and I accepted. They asked me if I was selling my Strange Australium Scattergun still, which I had listed on Bazaar.tf for $80 US Dollars, and I said yes. We conversed and we contacted on discord shortly before creating a group chat on steam with a middleman (https://steamcommunity.com/id/QuiccsOfficial, Private Account at time of report) where we conversed, I was told about the info on how middleman works, and I then proceeded to send the middleman the Scattergun, which was then accepted. I then gave the buyer the PayPal email which he then replied that he would be sending the cash. There was then no response from either party, before I learned I was blocked by both, and then there was a login attempt alert on the PayPal email, thankfully not successful.​

First i will hold item on sale. Once i got it buyer will send the payments to seller. Once seller receive the money i will transfer the item to the buyer. I will not give any items to the buyer without seller's money or permissions.
So if the buyer failed to send the money i will return back the item to the seller.
