You got fooled by the scammer. SteamRep never needs to "scan" items, we can see them perfectly fine via the steam profile of the owners of them. SteamRep admins normally won't add people for reports either.

Probably this alt of your scammer added you, emailing you as well with BULLSHIT.

SteamRep handles reports via this Forum exclusively, we VERY rarily handle it by direct report. Why would we WASTE time adding people to "help" them. We have over 20000 reports open. You think we have time talking with everybody? You publicized your email address above, ANYBODY can email you.

SteamRep Cannot give you your items back, we are here for prevention:
- Warn users of existing scammers
- tell users how to avoid to be scammed.

Valve does not return items either, only in cases of full supported steam trading.

All you can do is make a profile report on the account, and maybe make a steam support ticket. It won't get your item back, but Valve may trade ban ALL accounts of the scammer.
