What happened? Description:

Casual day in a public trade server and an Admin was trying to buy my knife. Spoke to a few people, and they said he was trusted. We agreed on a price of $295 for a Bayonet | Slaughter FN and I send him my paypal info and sent him the knife, I don't have cash rep, so he didn't want to go first. We went through, I saw the knife in his inventory and it then disappeared. He told me, "It must be because of escrow (mobile authenticator)." I didn't know any better, but I did know that because it was a gift, authenticator didnt matter and wasn't a factor. I did some digging, spoke to the server owner, and he is know banned. Afterwards he told me he was sorry and planned on giving me 114 keys in 5 days. Hasn't happened yet. And scamming is just f✿✿✿ed up, to anyone.​

Hello, and thank you for taking the time and viewing this.

The accused as actually said that he has scammed me, ie came clean and said he did. The reason I am making this report his because he also told me that he would pay 114 keys for the scammed item in 5 days time a little over two weeks ago. I have asked multiple times that he would repay me and still nothing has come. Most of the Steam Chat has been done through mobile because they don't delete because this has been some time ago.

Also, on the trade server's group there was a thread started about the scam.

Some of the needed evidence was verbal, due to it being in a trading server. So if need me, I can do some more digging for more info. Thank you for your time.​
