What happened? Description:

Attempted the "I accidentally reported you for having duped items" scam, requiring that I friend a "Steam admin" and tell him/her that the "report" was a mistake. While in contacts with the guy, I turned to a YouTube video by PyroJoe on the very scam (link included) while I let him tell me what I need to do. But before I could friend the "Steam admin," I sent him the video and he swiftly unfriended me.​

[TF2] This New SCAM Is DANGEROUS... (Accidentally Reported To Valve Scam)

Looks like the fake admin changes the URL for his Steam profile, so here's his info block.

While I cannot tell how long I knew the guy for sure due to him blocking me after I replied with PyroJoe's video, it might have been from a couple weeks to about a month. I believe we became friends after playing on a TF2 server.

Also just checked out the fake admin's profile once more, the guy's been community banned by Valve.

Unfortunately, I lost all means of contact with the guy after I replied with PyroJoe's video. He blocked my account after the reply.
