What happened? Description:

After some negotiating, we settled on a price for my sunbeams grimm hatte, that was supposed to be orbiting planets beak+ 160euros in paypal. After examining their history, profile, bp and so on, i found it to be as clean as anything. I sent him a trade offer, he accepted, blocked me and never sent me the paypal sum. Afterall, my fault, but still a scam.​

i have the same problem mate, i dont think steam would giva s✿✿✿ since we are doing illegal trading using transfer outside of steam service
