    Scam Report

Report Type: [Other] Any other fraudulent behavior
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198199469591

    Victim profile: 76561198240237538

    What happened? Description:
The accused user met the victim and agreed upon a trade with an addition of another item, following up soon afterwards. The user never honoured his side of the agreement and proceeded to remove + block the victim without trading up the promised item.

Quick head-up. Screenshot #10 gave me this error:
    The following error occurred:
The contents of the uploaded image do not match the file's extension.
Will re-do it once the problem has been discussed and resolved.

Now I would firstly like to state that I am reporting on behalf of the victim and have no association with the incident that occurred. The victim approached me for advice and I used my experience and knowledge to assist him in the investigation, recovery and reporting of this.

From the conversation I've had from both parties, I concluded that the two users met and agreed upon a trade:
Accused: Max's Severed Head + Deep Friend Desire Taunt with Fountain of Delight for the Victims: 13 keys + 113 refined metal + Strange Spec. KS Australium Blutsauger.

This backpack.tf compare link https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198199469591#!/compare/1506124800/1506211200 proves this as well as the chatlogs from both parties. Note that the accused user bought an unusual with the keys immediately afterwards, hence why the keys do not show up clearly in the link.

The accused then proceeded to remove and block the victim without paying the Max's head which was the item that was agreed upon afterwards/following the trade. The trade that took place, involved the same contents without the Max's head. There is enough provided evidence from the chatlogs between the two users to suggest fraudulent behavior as well as the accused user self-admitting to it and attempting to evade the potential threat of a ban by offering a trade-back.

I was unaware of this rule so I apologize. I will ask the original victim to re-submit a report so you can close this.

@Captain Espalanad Too late now - just leave it.
I've asked the accused if the situation was resolved before I review the report.
