What happened? Description:

I was playing at csgo lotto. This person then claims to have a program that can boost my winnings by 30%. He then wants the right to 80% of my total winnings, and he wants me to pay him skins before I even see any program at all. He never offers me a program but tells me to make a bet and he will make sure I win. I tell him I made a bet, which I didn't. I just choose some random person and that person happens to win. Now he wants me to pay him the 80%. Clearly a scam. He would in his best case scenario take 80% of all my winnings until I figure out he isn't doing anything to help me.​
