What happened? Description:

I wanted to buy a bundle ''Marci blue horizons'' in the site ''DotaGiftx'' he was selling the bundle I wanted, I add him to ask if he actually has the bundle (just in case, lol). And he shows me the bundle that i wanted, after that we make a agreement and i waited 30 days till he delivers the bundle when i pay him the 3 usd (from steam wallet) at the day 30 for the bundle after i pay him he writed to me he has a ''cooldown'' and can't deliver gifts till 24 hours sooo i told him it's okay and i waited till tomorrow, but the next day he dissapeared from my friend list, i tried to add him back but he block me, now i'm reporting him in steam, dotagiftx and here.

What happened? Description:

I can't see the chat in the chat log from steam in the beggining since we waited 30 days,(and steam chat log only show 14 days before its gone) the first day we meet was the 6 of Fabruary soo I guess if more evidence is required lmk ​
