    After review I've determined this report to be a FAKE and False report submission.
    Evidence clearly shows the trade offer linking to another already banned/tagged account.
    When called out OP went private and no longer wished to communicate.
    The OP/Reporter is to be banned/tagged for false report submission and blocked from future reports here.
