What happened? Description:

He came at me from csgolounge and he said hes interested to buy my skins with paypal or paysafecard. And I said ok... Since he got paysafecard codes, why not. When I told him I want paysafecard code he said "We will do it like this because its safe for both of us"... I will print a paysafecard code, then I will give you half of it, you give me the knife then I will give you the other half of the code! When I told him we can do this with a middleman he said "who will be? a guy who left rep on my profile?" Then I told him, he can get an official middleman from steamrep!

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accused profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
