    Victim profile: 76561198112233142

    What happened? Description:
    He didn't even add me to discuss, just straight up sent me a trade offer saying: "Upon a completion of this trade, $38 USD will be transferred to your account (as of May 11, 2016)." For my unusual steaming brain bucket.
    I have also included another screenshot of the accused's profile with the steam URL visible.​

    Please provide a full screen shot of that trade offer again- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload.

    Do keep in mind this user is already tagged/banned - and is using another users URL in their profile to impersonate someone else.
